With a green fruitiness that reminds us of tomato, tomato plant, grass, apple and almond. On the palate, we perceive a sweetness at first, with warm bitterness and spiciness, well balanced. Very tasty, clean and elegant. Perfect to eat with fish, shellfish, grilled vegetables, fresh salad, soft cheeses, marinades, toast, pasta, pastries
