The Whiskey Row Series’ 1924 10 – Year – Old is a limited annual release celebrating another milestone in Old Forester’s storied history

Most of the fermentation and ageing (80%) took place in stainless-steel tanks while a smaller portion (20%) was fermented in barrels to add complexity and creaminess to the final product

Prickly boysenberry and smoked salmon aromas blend into flavors like raspberry lemonade laced with black tea

While the mouthfeel is a tad thin (a byproduct of lower proof) the palate is flavorful all the same

the floral note is nicely emphasized with rich hints of toffee and caramel to accent the sweet
