Transformers Masterpiece MP-13 Soundwave - Reissue Character_Runamuck This pile of garbage looksThis is the MP 13 Soundwave 2019 reissue release from TakaraTomy in Japan. Although the toy is almost exactly the same as the original release, there are some slight differences when compared to the original. The plastic is slightly darker and the red paint on the eyes which was originally over clear plastic is now thicker because the paint is over top blue plastic. This toy comes with Laserbeak as well.
