Germany, Bdm. A Rare Service Beret consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac with a white cotton lining(Bund Deutscher Mdel Dienstmtze). A rare and well preserved Bund Deutscher Mdel (League of German Girls BDM) service beret, constructed of a black wool shell. The exterior is plain with the exception of a small pom at the centre of the crown. A brown leather sweatband fully lines the interior, folding down to reveal an intact Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) label, indicating that the cap is likely a late production example.
