The frosted white dial has black Roman numerals, with hidden Cartier signature at VII, with blued hands and a black cabochon topped winder. The case and dial are both in outstanding condition. The case back features the engraving, M. H. 1956 to 2006 and could have been a 50th birthday gift or 50 years service award watchwell probably never know! The watch will come on
