Packaged with a wheel shaped cap to secure dishes, containers and foam cages to the pedestals. The wheel shaped cap will slide up and down the pedestal for easy adjustments, or remove the cap from the pedestal for a cleaner look. To secure, use acrylic glue. You can use the base attached to the bottom of the pedestal, or
