Hosta Warwick Essence Baptisia This odd Japanese selection isThis new introduction from Gil Jones' breeding program is a hosta breakthrough. The combination of H. sieboldiana 'Northern Halo' x H. plantaginea cross is a difficult match to make because of the distant relation of the two parents. The result was a wonderful blue green H. sieboldiana like leaf on a vigorously growing 54" wide clump. In early summer, the clumps are topped with 33" tall scapes of pure white fragrant flowers what a hosta!
