De provenance inconnue et conserv au "Department of Rare Books and Special Collections" de la "Princeton University Library", ce papyrus est dat de l'poque ptolmaque (c. 305 30 av. J. C.). Ecrit en hiratique et d'une longueur de 3,50 m env., il est aujourd'hui constitu de 22 colonnes,
