Pale straw in color, it offers a juicy and refreshing palate with perfectly balanced acidity. A hint of minerality and texture builds towards an elegant finish. The oak is very subtle, affecting the texture more than the aromatics, creating a very fresh and elevated style of Sauvignon Blanc. Blend: 98%
