Verdi, Giuseppe - Piave, Francesco Maria - Autograph letter, signed by both Autographs Singers 50 or less U-V Manual for Visitors to theAutograph letter signed by Verdi, sent to his friend Francesco Maria Piave (who wrote nothing less than 10 librettos for his operas!). Letter is also signed and inscribed at the lower left by Piave and given to another person. One page, written on both sides, signed G. Verdi, 5 x 8. 25 inches, dated in October 1857. Item is in excellent condition. Correspondence signed by both is very rare ALSO INCLUDED is a very nice photo postcard of the composer
