Velenosi Rêve Pecorino 2020 LBV Cuvée Asenció made from 70%Rve Pecorino has an elegant structure with intense aromas of white flowers and ripe yellow fruit followed by a hint of vanilla. It has great volume with a wonderful richness of flavor. Captivating, intriguing and with a full long finish. Once fermentation has begun, 50% of the wine is transferred into new barriques, while the remaining 50% continues to ferment in stainless steel tanks. The wines are then assembled and bottled after about 24 months
