Petit Verdot has not yet been officially recognised as a grape of D. O. Dehesa del Carrizal, which is why this wine is catalogued as IGP Tierra de Castilla. The aromas of an unusual grape produce unusual results: berries, other red fruit and liquorice with a balsamic undertone. Nice graphite hints (typical of this grape). Soft, fresh attack under the influence of ripe
