"Panthea" Thigh High Stiletto Boot With Garter Straps And O-Ring Buckles (Custom Made) NEW mules Shown here in black leatherThese thigh boots were inspired by vintage lingerie and classic trench coats with their garter style thigh straps which buckle on the front with chunky hardware. On the outside are two large O rings, as well as leather and D ring attachments on the heels, which can be used to attach to other equipment or for tying up. They have a concealed zip closure on the inside for a second skin look. Choose from gold or silver hardware. Heel height: 5. 5 7 inches
