A 14K Gold cross patte with white enamelled arms, the obverse centre presents a central medallion depicting the Royal Prussian crown, surrounded by a light blue enamelled ring, bearing the inscription GOTT MIT UNS (GOD WITH US) in gold lettering, the reverse centre presents the royal cipher WR for Wilhelmus Rex, surrounded by a light blue
