The play mat is in good condition but there are some small pits on the edges of the mat. There is a small stain in the center of the carpet. Dice are not included with the track. Dimensions: 34 cm x 25. 8 cm. Height: approximately 2. 5 cm. Used item. This track has a history of over 60 years and is by no means in new condition. It must therefore be taken into
