Constructed of dark green wool, the obverse bearing a hand embroidered silver aluminum wire anchor overlaid by wheel, the reverse retaining a grey cotton liner, unmarked, measuring 54 mm (w) x 75 mm (h), demonstrating minor material fatigue, a rank upgraded version in uniform removed and near extremely fine condition.
