Constructed of a red cotton rayon blended cloth base, the exterior overlaid by a white cotton disc, in turn bearing a machine embroidered NSBO insignia, unmarked, measuring 21. 5 cm (w) x 10. 5 cm (h) when folded on a flat surface, in extremely fine condition.
