It's likely Italian, judging by the quality, and features the twins each with one arm raised the other around his brother's shoulder. A somewhat unusual portrayal of the pair, who are most often depicted as helmeted horsemen carrying spears. Here, however, they're potbellied, and stood on a ribbon over a matte background each with their respective star beside
