Artemide Callimaco Terra Spun Light Family Finishes : chrome or goldCallimaco is a floor lamp designed by Ettore Sottsass for Artemide. Created in the early 1980s by the great designer Ettore Sottsass , Callimaco is an object with an ambiguous and ironic design, a luminous sculpture inspired by the famous Greek artist Callimaco of Athens in the 5th century. The Callimaco floor lamp blends a functional soul with a playful essence, through a skilful combination of metallic colors including brass , copper and steel .
