Noble One Botrytis Semillon owes its complexity to Botrytis or Noble Rot. Since the release of the first vintage in 1982, Darren and his winemaking team have perfected making wine from fragile, heavily botrytised fruit into the distinctive De Bortoli style recognised as Australia's benchmark sweet white wine. Since its release, Noble One has been awarded
