Crema di carciofi con tartufo nero Artichoke and Truffle Paté - 500g:500gr Antiossidante: E301Artichokes blanched in water, minced, mixed with Scorzone Truffle (Tuber Aestivum), extra virgin olive oil, salt and lemon juice. The cream thus obtained is subjected to a stabilization heat treatment at 121 C aimed at making the product safe from a microbiological point of view. INGREDIENTS Artichokes (60%), extra virgin olive oil, black truffle (Tuber Aestivum sp.) (10%), lemon juice, salt, flavourings.
