2020 Vietti Ravera, Barolo DOCG, Italy (750ml) Cabernet Sauvignon orange blossomWINEMAKER'S NOTES: Aromatically the Barolo is a touch yeastier than its counterparts, with notes of fine spice and menthol. On the palate, the wine has a robust structure and intense tannins, with flavors of blood oranges, and hints of iron. TASTING NOTES: Perfumed, composed and agile with notes of cherries, wild strawberries, white pepper, frozen raspberries, dried flowers and some stones. Full bodied with fine, chalky tannins and crisp acidity.
