Olympische Spiele München 1972 Smith Poster universal studio "Sous tous les ciels du"Olympische Spiele Mnchen 1972" Artist Richard Smith was a British painter known for his semi sculptural abstract works that often resembled kites. This poster is one of a series of 24 for the 1972 Munich Olympics. They were all created by popular artists of the time, and were linked to that particular artist's visual identity. The artists were told to avoid the use of any red and black on them (which were traditionally associated with Nazi Germany).
