2024 Scacciadiavoli Montefalco Bianco, Umbria, Italy (750ml) Blend mill and ferment everything atWINEMAKER'S NOTES: A structured, full bodied, and complex white wine was needed to pair with richer dishes. From a blend of Trebbiano Spoletino, Grechetto, and Chardonnay (in accordance with the DOC regulations), Montefalco Bianco Scacciadiavoli is born. A crisp, flavorful wine that focuses on pleasantness. Best enjoyed young or aged for a few years. Sediment at the bottom of the bottle is natural.
