Demiere Solera 23 - NV (750ml) White Blend Etain and Scarecrow is muchThe solera for this wine was established in 1978. The winery bottles 20% each year as the annual release of this wine. It is made of 100% Pinot Meunier. After bottling the wine is aged for a minimum of 48 months in bottle on the lees prior to disgorging. The dosage is 8 g l. Winemaker's Notes A "SOLERA" system method is implemented with base wines aged up to 20 years in the blend. Beautiful golden color. Tiny, delicate bubbles. A very powerful nose
