Constructed of a gilded aluminum loop with dual loops emanating from the lower edge, each accommodating a strap constructed of a field grey doeskin wool base topped by a silver aluminum wire tresse, in turn adjusted with gilded zink alloy buckles presenting as oval oak leaf wreaths, and culminating in a functional gilded spring clips to lock onto a corresponding daggers scabbard loops, unmarked with the exception of
