This is an original 1893 halftone print of the Hunter's Cabin at the 1893 Chicago Worlds Fair. It was located at the south end of the Wooded Island and was a log house with a clay floor and a stick chimney. It was built by Theodore Roosevelt, of New York, a lover of huntsman's sports, as a museum and memorial in honor of Daniel Boone and Davy Crockett.
