Description
distilled from the very best 100% Blue Weber Agave and aged in a combination of new and used American
% of Alcohol: 13% Grape variety : 100% Syrah Soil : Round gravels with silt and sand Aging: 10 months in French oak barrels Aging potential : 5 years
This is carrying a bit more wood than I personally prefer but the finesse of the finish makes for a stylish wine all the same
the palate is initially sweet yet excellently balanced
This offering should drink nicely for 12-15 years
