An extremely well preserved Karabiner 98k ammunition pouch, of multi piece black leather construction, consisting of three reinforced black leather cells, each topped by a retractable lid fastening closed with a strap perforated with a buttonhole meeting a magnetic metal stud emanating from the bottom of each cell, the reverse riveted with two loops for belt suspension, bearing an embossed manufacture date of 1942,
