A Set of Medical Leutnant Rank Insignia consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac motorcycling(Heer Insignien fr einen Leutnant der Sanittstruppe). A matching set of Heer Medical Leutnant rank insignia, including: 1. A pair of collar tabs, each constructed of dark green wool with buckram cores and topped by two silver aluminum wire insignia bisected by dark blue threaded tresses, both unmarked and measuring 45 mm (w) x 75 mm (l), in uniform removed and extremely fine condition. 2. A pair of shoulder boards, each constructed of dark blue wool
