Polished Magnesite specimen. MAP170 Irregully formation Pilbara regionMAP170. Magnesite (Lemon chrysoprase) rough rock, cut and polished on one side with a natural back. Dimensions at widest points approximately 85 mm x 65 mm x 20 mm thick. Weighs 145 grams. The subtle lime green colouration is caused by the presence of nickel mineralisation. From Eucalyptus, north of Kalgoorlie , Western Australia.
