2023 Domaine du Pre Semele Sancerre, Loire, France (750ml) Varietal_Pinot Blanc white peach

white peach

Deep cherry red color with classic aromas of black fruit and toasted spice

and even a taste of grilled game

with a saline minerality imparted by the river stones that it was grown on

I had also given the 2015 vintage a perfect score

2023 Domaine du Pre Semele Sancerre, Loire, France (750ml) Varietal_Pinot Blanc white peachWINEMAKER'S NOTES: This Sancerre cuve is the estates flagship blend, crafted with grapes from the surrounding plots. The blend is scrumptious, a fruity wine boasting complex aromas. The palate features good balance that is supported by just the right amount of acidity and offers remarkable length.
