Germany, Imperial. A Curated Collection Of U-Boat Service Wartime Postcards consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac 19 mm (w) x 32(U Boot Postkarten). A mixed lot of 36 First World War U Boat service commemorative postcards, with 18 examples featuring handwritten dedications on the reverse, 13 of which are Feldpost marked, some demonstrating minor material fatigue or discolouration, a fascinating compilation of wartime correspondence in near extremely fine condition.
