Germany, Third Reich. An Eagle Wall Plaque Buy Now maker marked "SWANN & HUDSON(Plakette Adler). Constructed of magnetic steel, the obverse featuring a finely detailed German national eagle perched on top of a wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse featuring a threaded lug for rivet attachment with an additional stabilizer emanating from the bottom of the wreath, unmarked, measuring 24 cm (w) x 19. 5 cm (h), the reverse demonstrating moderate oxidation, a decoration formerly affixed to a wooden plaque in very fine condition.
