Floral bouquet of violets and rose petals, leading to fruity cherry and strawberry, with a hint of spice. The mineral palate has just a hint of iron, complementing small red fruits and fruit jellies. TASTING NOTES: This is bright, with a crisp edge to its tart cherry, strawberry, rose hip and mineral flavors. Chalky tannins are present but integrated, with a lingering, iron tinged aftertaste.
