Description
The wine is super interesting and complex with its smoky and mineral style and the lovely aromas of wild strawberry
Some saltiness in there and a light creamy texture
Pét Naturel Rosé by Schödl is similar in style to the Pet Nat white but in addition it has some extra fruitiness
The Blaufränkisch from Schnabel comes from the Koregg vineyards
La Roque by Fabien Jouves is a Malbec from 35 yo vines
Brutal 2023 Aromatic The wine is super interestingBrutal has a slight fizz at the beginning like many of Christian Tschida's wines. It will probably disappear with ageing, though. The short maceration on the skins granted this wine the beautiful bright color as well as an elegant, complex style. Raspberry and cherry on the palate. Very delicious!
