Footnote: The Battalion was raised in Northern Waterloo County, Ontario with mobilization headquarters at Kitchener under the authority of G. O. 151, December 22, 1915. The Battalion sailed January 26, 1917 under the command of Lieutenant Colonel W. M. O. Lochead with a strength of 15 officers and 231 other ranks. In England, the
