Constructed of gilded aluminum, the obverse consisting of an oval tread wreath, topped by a Heer style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, surrounding a central Panzer, affixed with all four reverse attachment prongs to a lanyard constructed of multiple rows of twisted and rolled silver aluminum wire, culminating at each end in gilded loops for uniform attachment, with one end
