The Sulu archipelago is located in the southwestern Philippines. The caption writes, "The Moros in the Sulu islands recognize one of two rival Sultans. Each of the Sultans claims ownership of nearby British North Borneo a question of hegemony never argued, protested, or settled by U. S. authorities. The woman above, like many Sulu Moros, has filed and
