A Most Illustrious Order Of Chula Chom Klao, Grand Cross consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac on March 17(Khureang Ratcha itsariyaphon Chunla Chom Klao). Instituted in 1873 by King Rama V. A silver gilt Grand Cross featuring a pink enamelled eight point star with smooth rays in each quadrant and a green enamelled wreath connecting each point, the obverse medallion features a handpainted portrait of King Chula Chom Klao, surrounded in a blue enamelled ring inscribed "I Will Maintain My Royal Family" in Thai, the reverse medallion features a three headed
