This brandy is made from grape marc grown in the Luberon AOP appellation and rosemary. The marc is first distilled in a copper still to obtain a spirit similar to Italian Grappa, then infused with rosemary which macerates for 80 days. TASTING "Le Romarin Marc de la Royre" can be offered as a digestif at room temperature or in a cocktail, combined with honey and lime in a
