Constructed of toned feinzink, the obverse consisting of an oval tank tread wreath, topped by a Heer style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, surrounding a central Panzer, affixed with all four attachment prongs to a lanyard constructed of multiple rows of twisted and rolled silver aluminum wire, culminating at each end in a loop for uniform attachment, unmarked, the insignia measuring
