Mouth: It has a soft attack, it is dry and fresh acidity. The alcohol is warm and the tannins are round, with an enveloping body. The aroma in the mouth is again of red fruits (mainly cherries and nectarines), juniper, pepper and liquorice and dark chocolate, dairy products and a balsamic touch. It is a balanced wine with a long persistence.
