Constructed of black rayon, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered silver grey SS style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 80 mm (w) x 30 mm (h), demonstrating minor soiling, in unissued and extremely fine condition.
