OLIO EVO VERDOLI' 1L with a good balanceVerdol is the result of a blend of Nocellara del Belice, Cerasuola and Biancolilla olives. It expresses captivating and clear aromas, characterized by hints of ripe fruit, notes of tomato leaf and field herbs. The palate has a good fluidity, with a predominance of sweet over bitter and a delicate spicy end; in the aftertaste you can recall all of the aromas already smelled with distinct sensations of tomato.
