Made of expanded polyurethane with a polyester base grid, these filters are made up of two separate sponge layers a coarse outer layer with 30 ppi porosity to improve air intake while capturing coarse dirt particles, and a finer inner layer with 60 PPI porosity to filter the smallest dirt particles maintaining cleaner air for longer periods. The outer coarse, black layer is waved for
