JRF" (Argint = Silver; Joseph Resch, Bucharest) on the loop, 60. 8 mm, on a second period (Type II, 1932 1947) replacement full length neck ribbon, fine chipping evident in the white enamels on the left and bottom arms on both sides, better than very fine.
