Alice et Olivier De Moor 'Vau de Vey' Chablis 1er Cru, 2022 LBV Its plush and refined aromas100% Chardonnay from just under a hectare of vines in the southeast facing Vau de Vey Premier Cru in Chablis. It is one of the great cool Climats as it only receives morning sun, and cool northern winds rushing through its valley, lengthening the grapes' ripening time. The cru also boasts extremely steep hillsides, and machine harvesting is almost impossible. Soil types are heavy Kimmeridgian marl, which force the vines to strenuously search for
