Malolactic fermentation takes place in new, toasted French oak barrels. Intense cherry red colour. Equally intense nose of ripe red fruit, herbs and toast. Very complex and interwoven. Soft, resolved tannins, structured, perfectly balanced with a long and juicy finish. The clear mineral touch is a nice expression of the unique terroir where the grapes are planted. 63
