FUEL DOCK Akutan where she lives nowImage size: 24 3 4" x 8 1 2" Edition size: 600 Artist Statement: A number of years ago I spent several weeks in the picturesque fishing village of Pelican, sketching most everything in sight! I've done a number of paintings from my sketches and most recently, Pelican Fuel Dock. People asked me, "Why are all those oil drums lined up on the dock." I had no clue. I called several people from Pelican and finally got an answer from a long time friend.
